Environmental Services

Environmental services provided by Allied Engineering and Testing focus on the protection of soil, groundwater and surface water resources. At this time, Allied Engineering and Testing can provide Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). Should an area of potential contamination be identified in the Phase I ESA, Allied Engineering and Testing can provide supplemental services such as monitoring well installation and groundwater sampling.

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) is a mechanism to identify or refute potential environmental liabilities associated with a property transaction.
