Environmental
services provided by Allied Engineering and Testing focus on the protection
of soil, groundwater and surface water resources. At this time, Allied
Engineering and Testing can provide Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
(ESA). Should an area of potential contamination be identified in the
Phase I ESA, Allied Engineering and Testing can provide supplemental services
such as monitoring well installation and groundwater sampling.

Phase I Environmental
Site Assessments
The Phase I Environmental
Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) is a mechanism to identify or refute potential
environmental liabilities associated with a property transaction. Allied
Engineering and Testing follows guidelines for Phase I ESAs published
by the American Society For Testing and Materials (ASTM) E 1527-94. Allied
Engineering and Testing's Phase I ESA reports provide the following information,
when available:

Allied Engineering
and Testing has conducted
Phase I ESAs for individuals, corporations, government agencies and financial
institutions. Some of or our clients have included, but are not limited
to, the following: Nations Bank, SunTrust Bank, Sound Mortgage, South
Trust Bank, Lee County, DeSoto County, Village on the Lake, Rockwell Homes,
and many others.
Many financial
institutions prefer specific information and/or report formatting for
the Phase I ESAs. Allied Engineering and Testing is able and happy to
modify our reporting format to accommodate specific requirements.
